With a professional background that includes serving as Commercial Director at Alta Power and founding different sustainability companies, Alexander demonstrates his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to leave a positive impact. His dedication to personal and professional development is evident in his efforts to learn Portuguese and Spanish, recognizing the importance of language skills in international business.
Dwayne Spiteri
Dwayne Spiteri started off his career as a particle physicist 12 years ago, studying MSci Physics with Particle Physics and Cosmology from the University of Birmingham, and going on to complete a PhD in Experimental Particle Physics at the University of Glasgow. After a post-doctoral role working with the ATLAS experiment, he worked alongside grid computing colleagues who support particle physics research at Glasgow and pivoted to working in the field of computing sustainability.
Throughout his academic career, he has applied his data analysis skills to tackle a wide variety of complex problems and projects. Notably, he has investigated Higgs Boson decays and Top Quark jet structure at the ATLAS Experiment at CERN, characterised silicon wafer pixel technology, designed and optimized computing farm layouts, and developed simulations to investigate operational carbon reduction measures.
Dwayne is also interested in making sure knowledge is accessible to all walks of life. He often organises and participates in outreach events, sharing his knowledge, passion, and expertise with others. Since 2021 he has played a pivotal role in designing, shaping, and managing the James McCune Smith Scholarships at the University of Glasgow, which aim to address the underrepresentation of Black British students at the postgraduate level and create a vibrant and connected Black academic community both on campus and more widely.
Njoh Noh Prince Junior
Prince is a Senior Full Stack Engineer with over five years of experience designing and building scalable digital products that solve real-world problems. With expertise spanning frontend engineering, backend development, and software architecture, he combines technical excellence with product thinking to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions.
He graduated from the University of Buea, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, where he specialized in Software Engineering. Throughout his career, Prince has developed products across SaaS, healthcare, education, finance, and developer tooling, contributing to startups and organizations including Bridge Labs, Camsol, and several international teams. He is also the creator of innovative platforms such as Meelro and LinkRithm, reflecting his passion for building technology that empowers people and businesses.
Prince has led engineering teams ranging from 8 to 30 developers, providing hands-on technical leadership while mentoring engineers, defining software architecture, and fostering high-performing development cultures. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
Beyond application development, Prince has a strong interest in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and systems thinking. He enjoys researching emerging technologies, exploring artificial intelligence, and solving complex engineering challenges with elegant, scalable solutions. Outside of software engineering, he is an avid chess player, using the game to sharpen strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Francesco Paolo Camarda is an highly accomplished strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in strategy development, innovation, and leadership roles within FTSE100 companies and startups. He has been working for EY and Value Partners on strategic advisory projects across Europe and Middle East, then moved to support Vodafone Group business growth through finance, innovation and marketing roles. In 2017, he kickstarted a new business unit within Vodafone Italy, launching the first Consumer IoT portfolio in the Italian market.
Following a successful scale up, he moved to Vodafone Group where he led the international scale up of Consumer IoT, opening up 5 new markets.
