All purchases of Power hardware (such as PowerVolt, PowerSolar, and EV chargers) are subject to availability. Professional installation by certified partners may be required for certain products. Power is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or misuse of the hardware.
The Green Global Grid (GGG) token is a utility token designed for the Proof-of-Power network. Purchasing GGG involves significant risks, including regulatory uncertainty and market volatility. GGG is not an investment contract, security, or financial instrument. We make no guarantees of future value, profit, or secondary market liquidity. Participants must comply with all applicable local regulations and KYC/AML requirements.
The Power App and our AI insights are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy in energy monitoring and cost-saving predictions, we do not guarantee specific financial returns or energy reductions. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Power Global Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising out of your use of our hardware, software, or the GGG token ecosystem.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Power services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
